Airports Authority of India (AAI) has announced the recruitment of Junior Assistants (Fire Services) for the Eastern Region.
With 89 vacancies available, eligible candidates from West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, and more can apply online.

- Educational Qualification:
- 10th Pass with 3 years regular Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Fire Engineering, OR
- 12th Pass (Regular Study)
- Driving License Requirements:
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License, OR
- Valid Medium Vehicle License issued at least 1 year before 01-11-2024, OR
- Valid Light Motor Vehicle License issued at least 2 years before 01-11-2024.
(Note: Candidates must acquire a Heavy Vehicle Driving License within one year of appointment if selected.)

- Pay Scale: ₹31,000 – ₹92,000

Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Duration: 2 hours
- Subjects:
- Part A: Subject-related questions (50%)
- Part B: General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, English (50%)
- Minimum qualifying marks:
- UR/OBC/EWS: 50 out of 100
- SC/ST: 40 out of 100

Stage 2: Physical Fitness Test
- Physical Measurements
- Endurance Tests: 100m running, casualty carrying, pole climbing, rope climbing, ladder climbing.

- Selected candidates will undergo 18 weeks of Basic Training Course (BTC).
